The acquisition expands Altia's product offering into critical incident management and positions CLIO for international rollout; Badger's founder Rob Brigham will join Altia as Head of Crime in Action Solutions.

Business Integra Technology Solutions has acquired Aquila Technology Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Zensar Technologies Inc., strengthening Business Integra’s capabilities and presence in the U.S. national security and government IT market. The deal, announced April 2, 2021, was advised by FOCUS Investment Banking and transfers Aquila’s government-focused IT and engineering services to Business Integra.

Altia Acquires VeriSaaS

NorthEdge-backed Altia has acquired VeriSaaS, an Australia-based field intelligence and evidence collection software business that develops the Verinote digital notetaking system. The acquisition is an add-on to Altia’s product suite to broaden its investigation and digital-evidence capabilities and to support further international expansion, with VeriSaaS founder Brice Neilson joining Altia as director of Asia-Pacific.

Agilence Acquires IntelliQ

Agilence Inc., a Cuadrilla Capital–backed provider of loss prevention and operational analytics software, has acquired IntelliQ Limited, a London-based loss prevention and forensic analysis software provider. The acquisition adds over 50 IntelliQ customers and expands Agilence's product capabilities and geographic presence into EMEA and APAC; terms were not disclosed.

Aquila Acquires Infinity Enterprise Lending Systems

Infinity will operate as an independent business unit within Aquila, with the Leyva family transitioning ownership and Aquila providing permanent capital and operational support.
