Eurowag Acquires Inelo Group from Innova Capital

Eurowag has agreed to acquire a 100% stake in Poland-based Inelo Group from Innova Capital for more than EUR 300 million. The acquisition adds Inelo’s telematics devices (≈87,000 connected trucks) and driver time management software to Eurowag’s pan‑European payments and mobility platform, expanding its product capabilities and geographic footprint across the commercial road transportation market in CEE and other European markets.
