Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory (part of Wolters Kluwer N.V.) has acquired Inisoft Group, s.r.o., a Czech provider of regulatory compliance software for the waste management sector. Inisoft’s ~68 employees and its Envita solution will be integrated into Wolters Kluwer’s Czech and Slovak Legal & Regulatory unit to broaden the group's environmental compliance capabilities and support customers in Czechia and Slovakia.

Indotek Group (Trevelin) Agrees to Buy MidEuropa's Stake in Waberer's International

MidEuropa agreed to sell 24% of Waberer's International Nyrt. to Trevelin Holding Zrt. (part of Indotek Group) and granted Indotek a call option over MidEuropa's remaining 47.99% stake. The transaction, intended to support Waberer's restructuring and transformation, is subject to customary antitrust clearance and was expected to close by the end of Q1 2021.

Innova Capital Acquires Minority Stake in CloudFerro

Infobric Group Acquires TelliQ AB

Infobric Group acquired TelliQ AB in January 2020, adding one of Sweden’s largest telematics and fleet management businesses to its group. The acquisition positions Infobric to expand its digital services into fleet management for construction, haulage and other transport-heavy industries; TelliQ recorded SEK 105 million revenue in 2019 and has over 80,000 connected units.

Enea Acquires Aptilo from Norvestor

Innova Capital Acquires 51% Stake in EMI Group

Innova Capital acquired a 51% stake in Romanian-Belgian EMI Group on 30 June 2023 via a partial buy-out and a EUR 15 million capital increase, joining founder Jerome France and existing investor Morphosis Capital. The investment will fund a buy-and-build strategy—including add-on acquisitions—to expand EMI's installation and maintenance platform for industrial access solutions across Europe.
