Eurowag Acquires Inelo Group from Innova Capital

Eurowag has agreed to acquire a 100% stake in Poland-based Inelo Group from Innova Capital for more than EUR 300 million. The acquisition adds Inelo’s telematics devices (≈87,000 connected trucks) and driver time management software to Eurowag’s pan‑European payments and mobility platform, expanding its product capabilities and geographic footprint across the commercial road transportation market in CEE and other European markets.

Wolters Kluwer's Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) unit has agreed to acquire eOriginal, a Baltimore-based provider of cloud-based digital lending software, for approximately €231 million in cash. The deal expands Wolters Kluwer's digital lending and loan-closing capabilities by integrating eOriginal's electronic vaulting and closing solutions with GRC's compliance offerings.

Wolters Kluwer Acquires StandardFusion

Wolters Kluwer's Corporate Performance & ESG division has acquired StandardFusion, a Vancouver-based cloud GRC provider, for approximately €32 million (~$50 million) in cash. StandardFusion (about 40 employees) will be integrated into Wolters Kluwer's TeamMate audit and assurance platform to create a unified audit and GRC offering; the business generated roughly €4M (C$6M / ~$6M) in unaudited 2024 gross revenue, ~94% recurring.

YA Group Acquires InQuis Global

SS&C Technologies Acquires Innovest Systems
