Wealth Enhancement Group Acquires BTR Capital Management, Inc.

Wealth Enhancement Group, a national independent wealth management firm, has acquired BTR Capital Management, Inc., an Oakland-based independent RIA that manages more than $1 billion in client assets. The acquisition expands Wealth Enhancement Group’s presence in Northern California (bringing WEG to nine offices in the region) and adds BTR’s team of nine advisors and five support staff to WEG’s platform.

EnergyHub announced the acquisition of Bridge to Renewables (BTR) to accelerate utility managed-charging programs by integrating BTR's telematics-based EV solutions and OEM integrations into EnergyHub's cross-DER VPP platform. BTR brings integrations with 12 EV OEMs and connectivity to more than 500,000 vehicles, enabling faster OEM participation in utility programs and more engaging driver experiences via embeddable apps.

The acquisition brings Be A Part Of's team and reusable e-commerce components (including the MiniBC payment gateway) into Zmags, enabling faster delivery of integrated commerce experiences for B2B, B2C, and DTC brands.

NexaMotion Group Acquires City Auto Supply and 4M Parts Warehouse

NexaMotion Group (NMG), the NexaMotion/Transtar platform backed by Blue Point Capital Partners, has acquired City Auto Supply and 4M Parts Warehouse as add-on acquisitions to expand its general repair distribution footprint. The deals broaden NMG's presence on the West Coast (San Francisco/Oahu) and in North Texas (17 locations) and deepen product and service capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

TRG Acquires Boreal 4.0 to Expand Into Latin America

TRG, a Cleveland-based global managed services provider, has acquired Boreal 4.0, an AIDC-focused automation company based in Argentina. The deal brings four Boreal locations in Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Mexico and approximately 40 employees into TRG, expanding the company's robotics, automation and managed services capabilities across Latin America.

IMI plc Acquires Bahr Modultechnik from IK Partners

IMI plc has agreed to acquire Bahr Modultechnik, a German manufacturer of modular linear positioning systems, from IK Partners' Small Cap II Fund. The deal brings Bahr’s engineering and niche motion-control products into IMI’s industrial automation portfolio and aims to expand product capabilities and global customer reach.
