EnergyHub announced the acquisition of Bridge to Renewables (BTR) to accelerate utility managed-charging programs by integrating BTR's telematics-based EV solutions and OEM integrations into EnergyHub's cross-DER VPP platform. BTR brings integrations with 12 EV OEMs and connectivity to more than 500,000 vehicles, enabling faster OEM participation in utility programs and more engaging driver experiences via embeddable apps.

The add-on expands TransTech’s biogas engineering, construction, operations and maintenance capabilities and strengthens its West Coast presence while ENERGYneering’s president Benny Benson will retain an ownership stake and remain as president.
