One Equity Partners' portfolio company OMNI Environmental Solutions has merged with Purity Oilfield Services to create a national environmental services and equipment platform serving the oil & gas industry. Terms were not disclosed; the combined company will serve over 500 customers, employ roughly 1,400 people, and expands OMNI's footprint into the Permian and Powder River basins while extending Purity's reach into the Gulf Coast and Northeast.

One Equity Partners' portfolio company OMNI Environmental Solutions has completed the acquisition of Force Environmental Solutions, a Pennsylvania-based provider of environmental equipment, transportation and services to oil and gas producers in the Marcellus and Utica Shales. Force, which employs about 250 people, will continue to operate under the Force Environmental Solutions brand as part of OMNI; financial terms were not disclosed. The deal expands OMNI's geographic footprint and service capabilities in the U.S. Northeast.
