SI Solutions (more than 450 employees) will remain led by CEO Mark Marano; management, employee shareholders and prior investor Jumana Capital have reinvested in the business. Envoy Solutions, a Glenview, Illinois-based distribution platform and subsidiary of FEMSA, has acquired Next-Gen Supply Group, a janitorial supply distributor based in Mansfield, Massachusetts. The acquisition expands Envoy's Northeast footprint, adds Next-Gen's distribution, chemical manufacturing and equipment repair capabilities, and increases the combined platform's operating scale and customer reach.
