CannaPiece Corp., a Canadian contract manufacturer of cannabis products, was sold by CannaPiece Group Inc. to 1000420548 Ontario Inc. pursuant to a share purchase agreement executed Feb. 8, 2023 and approved by the Ontario Superior Court on Feb. 10, 2023. The sale was completed as part of the company's creditor protection proceedings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act and CannaPiece continues to operate under new ownership.
