Sproutly Acquires Assets of CannaHive Inc.

Sproutly Canada, Inc. has acquired the primary assets of CannaHive Inc., giving Sproutly pharmaceutical-grade, fully automated equipment to produce cannabis edibles (gummies and chocolates) at scale. The asset acquisition gives Sproutly in-house manufacturing capability and improved economics to support a national launch of its whole-plant confectionary products in Canada.
