Halo Labs Acquires Cannalift Delivery Inc.

Halo Labs Inc. agreed to acquire Cannalift Delivery Inc. in exchange for C$3.41 million of Halo common shares (31,000,000 shares at a deemed price of C$0.11 per share). The acquisition (expected to close on or before March 10, 2020) gives Halo a dispensary delivery application and web platform to enable home delivery and digital inventory integration, and was announced alongside a concurrent non‑brokered private placement of up to C$700,000.
