Ltd.), a software developer building a cannabis strain information mobile/web app. The acquisition will be satisfied by the issuance of Halo common shares and is intended to provide Halo with a consumer- and patient-focused digital capability to support marketing, education and international expansion into UK/EU medical markets.

Sproutly Acquires Assets of CannaHive Inc.

Sproutly Canada, Inc. has acquired the primary assets of CannaHive Inc., giving Sproutly pharmaceutical-grade, fully automated equipment to produce cannabis edibles (gummies and chocolates) at scale. Waters Corporation has acquired Halo Labs, a venture-backed developer of the Aura imaging platform for subvisible and visible particle analysis used in cell, gene and protein therapy development and QA/QC. The deal brings Halo Labs' high-throughput, low-volume particle analysis technology into Waters' Wyatt Technology portfolio to expand Waters' analytical and bioprocessing testing capabilities for large-molecule therapies.

Halo Collective Acquires Pistil Point Grow and Distribution Assets in Portland, Oregon

Halo Collective Inc. completed the acquisition of substantial assets of three Pistil Point operating entities (Decatur One LLC, Bradford Two LLC and Bradford Three LLC) through its subsidiary ANM Inc., securing indoor and outdoor cultivation, manufacturing and distribution capabilities in Portland, Oregon. The deal was paid principally in Halo common shares (US$4.0 million consideration issued as 47,224 shares) and strengthens Halo's vertically integrated operations and distribution reach across Oregon.

The acquisition — which includes a 5,000 sq ft facility with 3,500 sq ft of retail/corporate space and a separate 3,000 sq ft cultivation area — will be converted to Item 9’s Unity Rd. dispensary brand pending regulatory approvals; The Herbal Cure reported $5.4 million in 2021 revenue.
