Halo Collective Acquires Pistil Point Grow and Distribution Assets in Portland, Oregon

Halo Collective Inc. completed the acquisition of substantial assets of three Pistil Point operating entities (Decatur One LLC, Bradford Two LLC and Bradford Three LLC) through its subsidiary ANM Inc., securing indoor and outdoor cultivation, manufacturing and distribution capabilities in Portland, Oregon. The deal was paid principally in Halo common shares (US$4.0 million consideration issued as 47,224 shares) and strengthens Halo's vertically integrated operations and distribution reach across Oregon.
