Halo Labs Inc. entered into a definitive share exchange agreement to acquire 100% of Cannafeels (1265292 B.C. Ltd.), a software developer building a cannabis strain information mobile/web app. The acquisition will be satisfied by the issuance of Halo common shares and is intended to provide Halo with a consumer- and patient-focused digital capability to support marketing, education and international expansion into UK/EU medical markets.
