Waters Corporation Acquires Halo Labs

Waters Corporation has acquired Halo Labs, a venture-backed developer of the Aura imaging platform for subvisible and visible particle analysis used in cell, gene and protein therapy development and QA/QC. The deal brings Halo Labs' high-throughput, low-volume particle analysis technology into Waters' Wyatt Technology portfolio to expand Waters' analytical and bioprocessing testing capabilities for large-molecule therapies.
