Waters Corporation Acquires Wyatt Technology

Waters Corporation agreed to acquire Wyatt Technology, a leader in light scattering instruments, software and related services, for $1.36 billion in cash. The acquisition (expected to close in Q2 2023) expands Waters' capabilities and exposure to bioanalytical characterization and large-molecule applications; Wyatt reported ~ $110 million in 2022 revenue and employs more than 200 people worldwide.
