M86 Security Acquires Most Assets of Finjan

M86 Security acquired most of the assets of Israeli web-security vendor Finjan to bolster its web gateway and malware-detection capabilities. M86 will retain roughly 70 of Finjan’s ~100 employees while Finjan Software will continue to operate independently in the U.S.; terms were not disclosed.
