Custom Truck One Source, a Kansas City–based provider of specialty truck equipment, rentals and services, has acquired SOS Fleet Services, a full-service repair facility in Alexandria, Louisiana. The acquisition adds more than 30,000 sq. ft. of service space and expands Custom Truck's Gulf States footprint, increasing its branch network and enabling local repair and rental support for regional customers.

Nesco Holdings and Platinum Equity Acquire Custom Truck One Source for $1.475B

Nesco Holdings, in partnership with an affiliate of Platinum Equity, completed the previously announced acquisition of Custom Truck One Source, L.P. for $1.475 billion and the combined company was renamed Custom Truck One Source, Inc. Platinum Equity became the majority stockholder while certain former CTOS equity holders, including funds managed by Blackstone, retained minority stakes. The combined business creates a leading provider of specialized truck and heavy equipment rental, sales, parts and service focused on infrastructure end markets.

The deal adds over 20,000 square feet and expands Custom Truck's service capacity and presence on Long Island and in the greater New York City metro area.

H&E Equipment Services Acquires One Source Equipment Rentals

H&E Equipment Services, Inc. agreed to acquire One Source Equipment Rentals, Inc. for $130 million in cash, adding 10 branch locations and approximately $138 million in fleet to H&E's network. The acquisition expands H&E's geographic footprint into the Midwest (Illinois and Indiana) and supplements its presence in the southern U.S.; One Source is employee‑owned and generated roughly $59 million in revenue over the twelve months ended July 31, 2022.

RoadOne IntermodaLogistics Acquires EHS Trucking Enterprises

Kreshmore Group advised EHS on the transaction, which closed December 22, 2021; financial terms were not disclosed.

Titanium Transportation Acquires International Truckload Services Group (ITS)

Titanium Transportation Group Inc. acquired all shares of International Truckload Services Group (ITS) for approximately $60.5 million (cash and assumption of net debt), adding ITS' assets, footprint and customer base to Titanium's platform. ITS, founded in 1986 and based in Belleville, Ontario, generates about $80 million in annual revenue, operates ~330 power units and 1,600 trailers, and employs roughly 470 people; the deal expands Titanium's scale and geographic coverage across southern Ontario, Quebec and the United States.
