Custom Truck One Source, Inc. (NYSE: CTOS) has acquired the business of A&D Maintenance and Repair, a family-owned full-service repair facility in Wyandanch, New York. The deal adds over 20,000 square feet and expands Custom Truck's service capacity and presence on Long Island and in the greater New York City metro area.

Nesco Holdings, in partnership with an affiliate of Platinum Equity, completed the previously announced acquisition of Custom Truck One Source, L.P. for $1.475 billion and the combined company was renamed Custom Truck One Source, Inc. Platinum Equity became the majority stockholder while certain former CTOS equity holders, including funds managed by Blackstone, retained minority stakes. The combined business creates a leading provider of specialized truck and heavy equipment rental, sales, parts and service focused on infrastructure end markets.
