Fabuwood Acquires Plain & Fancy Custom Cabinetry

Fabuwood has acquired Plain & Fancy Custom Cabinetry, bringing the luxury custom cabinetry maker under Fabuwood's operational umbrella while allowing Plain & Fancy to retain its name and full-custom offerings. The deal will let Fabuwood expand its product portfolio into the high-end custom cabinetry market and provide Plain & Fancy with technology, operational resources and access to Fabuwood's dealer network.
