Association Headquarters, a Corridor Capital portfolio company, has acquired Toronto-based Managing Matters Inc., an association management and event services firm. The deal expands AH's geographic footprint into Canada and strengthens its governance, event planning, marketing and operational capabilities; Managing Matters' founder Jenny Faucher will retain an ownership stake and remain President.
