High Street Insurance Partners, a Huron Capital ExecFactor platform, has acquired Bloomfield Hills-based Capital Insurance Group (CIG) as an add-on to expand its commercial insurance presence in metro Detroit. The transaction is one of three deals completed by High Street in August 2020 and marks Huron Capital's 200th acquisition since 1999; terms were not disclosed and CIG shareholders will remain active with High Street.
