Motion Solutions Acquires Ibex Engineering

Motion Solutions, a provider of custom engineered motion and automation products, has acquired Ibex Engineering, a Newbury Park, California manufacturer of precision linear and rotary positioning systems. The deal expands Motion Solutions’ engineered solutions capabilities and extends its service offering into high-precision markets such as genomics, biomedical, pharmaceutical, microscopy, and semiconductor manufacturing.

Novo Holdings Acquires BBI Group

Novo Holdings A/S has agreed to acquire BBI Group from Exponent for an enterprise value of over GBP 400 million, becoming the company's majority shareholder. BBI, a Crumlin, South Wales–headquartered supplier of diagnostics reagents, lateral flow development and diagnostic manufacturing services with more than 400 employees, will benefit from Novo Holdings' life-sciences expertise to pursue organic and inorganic growth.
