Knipper Health, a therapy initiation and fulfillment provider backed by Frazier Healthcare Partners, has acquired eBlu Solutions, a provider-integrated platform for real-time benefit investigation and electronic prior authorization. The deal integrates eBlu's automation capabilities with Knipper's national fulfillment network to accelerate patient enrollment and streamline order-to-therapy initiation.

J. Knipper and Company Acquires Eagle Pharmacy

J. Knipper and Company, Inc., together with its affiliate KnippeRx, has acquired Eagle Pharmacy, LLC, a Lakeland, Florida-based direct-to-patient specialty pharmacy. The acquisition expands Knipper's pharmacy programs, automation and scale—Eagle currently supports more than 50 customized drug programs, reaches about 200,000 patients per month, and operates well below capacity.
