Joy Parenting Club announced the acquisition of Heba Care, a digital care management and coordination platform for families navigating complex child health and developmental needs. Joy plans to integrate Heba’s clinically validated tools into Joy’s AI-powered parenting ecosystem to expand access to trusted, 24/7 guidance for parents globally.

The Lockwood Group acquired Research To Practice (RTP), a provider of accredited oncology-focused medical education for healthcare professionals. The deal expands The Lockwood Group’s global healthcare services platform and strengthens its oncology education and clinical insights offerings to support clinicians with evidence-based continuing medical education worldwide.

Function Health has acquired Ezra and will integrate Ezra’s FDA-cleared AI-powered imaging into Function’s lab-testing-based personal health platform. The combined offering launches a 22-minute, $499 full-body MRI (down from ~60 minutes and over $1,500), aiming to make annual scanning more accessible and enable more predictive, longitudinal healthcare insights.

NeuroFlow, a behavioral health technology and analytics company, announced it has acquired virtual mental and behavioral health platform Quartet Health in a deal expected to close at the end of January 2025. The acquisition adds Quartet’s behavioral health provider network and referral management capabilities, expanding NeuroFlow’s offerings and customer reach.

CORA Health Services, Inc., doing business as CORA Physical Therapy, announced the acquisition of four One to One Physical Therapy clinics. The deal expands CORA’s outpatient rehabilitation footprint in South Florida, strengthening its presence in the Broward and Palm Beach markets.

HouseWorks Holdings, LLC acquired Massachusetts-based home care providers O'Connell Care at Home and Best Home Care to expand its personal care services footprint in a core market. O'Connell Care at Home is based in the Springfield region and Best Home Care serves the Greater Boston area, strengthening HouseWorks' operations and staffing reach across Massachusetts. The transactions are HouseWorks' second and third acquisitions in Massachusetts since its partnership with InTandem Capital in December 2022.

NeuroFlow acquired Intermountain Health's proprietary behavioral health analytics (risk complexity) model to incorporate it into NeuroFlow's analytics suite. The deal expands NeuroFlow’s analytics and AI capabilities and enables broader national deployment of the clinically validated risk stratification model to NeuroFlow clients starting in 2025.
