Verdantas, a digitally enabled technical consulting firm focused on the environment, water, and energy transition markets, announced it has acquired Pax Environmental, Inc. Pax is a California-based environmental consulting firm with nearly 75 staff specializing in permitting and regulatory compliance, ecological restoration, and cultural and natural resource services. The acquisition expands Verdantas’ footprint in California and strengthens its integrated environmental and regulatory expertise for complex infrastructure and power utility projects.
