The deal included an initial cash payment of $1.4 million plus contingent cash payments over a six-year earn-out; Geospace said the acquisition expands its IoT and smart city capabilities and complements its existing product and manufacturing base.

Astorg and Bridgepoint Acquire Fenergo from Insight Partners

Anaqua Acquires SeeUnity
