TELEO Capital-backed UMT360 has acquired FIOS Insight, a Houston-based provider of Enterprise Architecture (EA) SaaS (Insight-EA), and will merge FIOS with UMT360 to extend UMT360's Strategic Portfolio Management suite. The acquisition integrates FIOS' EA capabilities into UMT360's strategy-to-execution and project portfolio management offering to provide an end-to-end enterprise project solution.

RGI Acquires FLEXPERTO
