KKR Alternative Assets L.P. entered into a purchase agreement to acquire newly issued shares of FS KKR Capital Corp for $150,000,000. The deal was announced on May 10, 2026 and is described as a firm intention following the execution of the definitive purchase agreement.
KKR announced it entered into a strategic partnership with Samsung SDS, committing KRW 1.22 trillion (about $820 million) through convertible bonds.
