Capstone Partners advised Caliper on the transaction; PSI said the acquisition will broaden its assessment portfolio by combining Caliper’s flagship Caliper Profile and Precision Series solutions with PSI’s existing capabilities.

Leeds Equity Partners Acquires Learnosity
