Kele, Inc., a portfolio company of The Stephens Group, acquired Lesman Instrument Company, a Bensenville, Illinois-based specialty distributor of temperature, pressure, level and flow instrumentation. The acquisition (terms undisclosed) will expand Kele's capabilities in the process automation market while Lesman's president and management team will remain in place.

Richard Campbell (Kele) will serve as president and CEO of the combined company and John Donahue will continue as President of CCI; the deal expands Kele's product breadth and specialized services in building automation.
