The acquisition (terms undisclosed) will expand Kele's capabilities in the process automation market while Lesman's president and management team will remain in place.

Winnebago Industries Acquires Barletta Pontoon Boats

Winnebago Industries, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Barletta Pontoon Boats, a premium pontoon boat manufacturer, for initial consideration of approximately $270 million (comprised of cash and newly issued Winnebago shares) plus up to $50 million of additional contingent cash payments. The acquisition expands Winnebago's marine platform into the fast-growing pontoon segment, preserves Barletta as a distinct business unit headquartered in Bristol, Indiana, and is expected to be accretive to earnings and margins.
