Pelican International Inc., through its wholly owned subsidiary Confluence Outdoors Inc., has acquired Advanced Elements Inc., a California-based maker of inflatable kayaks and SUPs. The deal expands Pelican’s product portfolio into inflatable watercraft technology and strengthens its international consumer reach across traditional and e-commerce channels.
