Palo Alto Networks Acquires Dig Security

Palo Alto Networks has completed the acquisition of Israel-based Dig Security (Dig Security Solutions Ltd.), a provider of Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) technology, integrating its capabilities into the Prisma Cloud platform. The deal was announced completed on Dec. 5, 2023; media reports put the purchase price at about $400 million.
