DentalXChange, a dental EDI and RCM technology provider headquartered in Irvine, California, received a strategic growth investment from private equity firm Bregal Sagemount. The deal accompanies an expanded leadership team (including new CEO Paul Kaiser, COO Paul Bernard and CFO Kevin Doldan) and is intended to accelerate product innovation and expand platform capabilities across DentalXChange’s network of more than 80,000 dental offices and payers.

KKR Recapitalizes DentalXChange as Bregal Sagemount Exits

KKR said it will support DXC's expansion of automation and AI capabilities, and implement a broad-based employee equity program while DentalXChange continues to operate under CEO Paul Kaiser.

Proclinic Acquires Exotec Dentaire
