Kaleris has acquired CAMS Software to integrate CAMS' Prospero Transportation Management System with Kaleris' Yard Management System, creating an enterprise yard and transportation management suite targeted at grocery retailers, wholesalers and distribution centers. The deal expands Kaleris' capabilities in transportation planning, dispatch and compliance and supports growth into grocery, food & beverage and retail verticals; CAMS was represented by Aqua Mergers & Acquisitions.
