Advanced Hospice Management Acquires Healthcare Management and Billing Service to Form Advanced Revenue Cycle Management

Advanced Hospice Management (AHM), majority-owned by Perkin Industries, has acquired Healthcare Management and Billing Service, LLC (HCMBS). Delaine Henry (a nationally recognized hospice and home health billing expert) will become an owner and CEO of the combined business, which will be renamed Advanced Revenue Cycle Management (ARCM) to expand hospice, palliative and home health revenue cycle management capabilities across the United States.
