MidEuropa-backed Symfonia, a leading Polish provider of accounting, payroll and ERP software for SMEs, has acquired Softeh Plus, a Romanian ERP software provider focused on the healthcare sector. The deal is Symfonia’s first acquisition outside Poland and is intended to accelerate its geographic expansion into Romania and strengthen its healthcare vertical and ERP capabilities in CEE.
