MidEuropa has agreed to acquire Sage Sp. z o.o. (Sage Poland / Symfonia) from The Sage Group plc, subject to antitrust approval, with completion expected in early 2021. MidEuropa plans to support Symfonia's growth — including new product development, expansion of its cloud offering and potential add-on acquisitions — to deepen its presence in the Polish ERP and payroll market for SMEs.

The deal is Symfonia’s first acquisition outside Poland and is intended to accelerate its geographic expansion into Romania and strengthen its healthcare vertical and ERP capabilities in CEE.
