Transcat Acquires TIC-MS, Inc.

Transcat, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRNS) acquired all of the capital stock of TIC-MS, Inc., an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration laboratory based in St. Louis, Missouri, effective March 27, 2023 for $9.7 million (70% stock, 30% cash, subject to customary holdbacks). The acquisition strengthens Transcat's Midwest presence, complements its existing St. Louis lab capabilities, and management and staff of TIC-MS will remain in place as operations are consolidated.

Transcat Acquires Martin Calibration Inc.

Transcat, Inc. acquired Martin Calibration Inc., an ISO-17025 accredited calibration laboratory network, effective December 10, 2024, for $79 million (approximately $69M cash and $10M stock). The deal expands Transcat's Midwest service footprint — including a flagship Minneapolis lab and six additional locations — and strengthens capabilities serving medical, life sciences, aerospace, and nuclear customers; Martin brings nearly 150 employees.

Transcat Acquires Essco Calibration Laboratory

The deal expands Transcat's presence and capabilities in New England, adds over $22 million of annual revenue and brings 113 Essco employees into Transcat's operations.

Transcat Acquires Substantially All Assets of TTE Laboratories, Inc.

Transcat Acquires SteriQual, Inc.

Transcat, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRNS) acquired all of the capital stock of SteriQual, Inc., effective July 12, 2023, for $4.25 million paid in Transcat stock. The acquisition is a bolt-on to Transcat's Nexa Enterprise Asset Management business to expand its professional services and CQV (commissioning, qualification, validation) capabilities for life sciences customers.

Transcat Acquires Axiom Test Equipment, Inc.

Transcat, Inc. acquired all of the capital stock of Axiom Test Equipment, Inc., an electronic test equipment rental and repair provider, effective August 8, 2023. The $38 million purchase was paid with $28 million in Transcat stock and $10 million in cash; Axiom will remain led by its existing management and will be integrated into Transcat's Distribution and Rental business to expand rental capabilities and cross-selling into Transcat's services.
