Transcat, Inc. acquired substantially all of the assets of TTE Laboratories, Inc., including the pipettes.com URL, effective February 21, 2020. The acquisition expands Transcat’s pipette calibration and repair capabilities, strengthens its distribution/e‑commerce presence in the life sciences market, and increases its footprint in New England.

Tangent, founded in 1995 and headquartered in Indianapolis with an additional lab in Huntsville, Alabama, provides ISO/IEC 17025-accredited calibrations to life science, aerospace and other regulated industries and will be led by owner Kevin Broderick who joined Transcat after the sale.
