Transcat Acquires Complete Calibrations (Ireland) and e2b Calibration (Cleveland)

Transcat, Inc. acquired all of the capital stock of Galium Limited (d/b/a Complete Calibrations) in Cork, Ireland for $1.2 million in cash and purchased substantially all assets of e2b Calibration (Cleveland/Mentor, Ohio) for $3.15 million in cash. The deals expand Transcat’s geographic footprint in Ireland and strengthen its avionics and ground-support equipment calibration capabilities in the U.S., while adding IP in calibration robotics and complementary service capacity.
