Knack RCM Acquires HealthyBOS

The deal increases Knack's in-country Philippines team substantially (from ~200 to ~1,500) and will keep HealthyBOS CEO Tammy Bishop in a leadership role; LKCM Headwater Investments is Knack's financial partner and Greenberg Advisors served as financial advisor.
