Knack RCM Acquires HealthyBOS

Knack RCM has acquired HealthyBOS, a U.S. and Philippines-based revenue cycle management (RCM) provider, to expand its Philippines fulfillment capacity and deepen expertise in the durable medical equipment (DME) RCM market. The deal increases Knack's in-country Philippines team substantially (from ~200 to ~1,500) and will keep HealthyBOS CEO Tammy Bishop in a leadership role; LKCM Headwater Investments is Knack's financial partner and Greenberg Advisors served as financial advisor.

The deal — completed with support from investors LKCM Headwater Investments and Weave Growth Partners — expands Knack's RCM capabilities in the DME market as an add-on to its platform.

National Medical Billing Services Acquires Medi-Corp, Inc.

National Medical Billing Services, a surgery-focused revenue cycle management (RCM) company backed by Aquiline Capital Partners, has acquired Medi-Corp, Inc., a Cranford, New Jersey-based RCM provider specializing in anesthesia, ASCs, and pain management. The add-on expands National Medical's anesthesia billing capabilities and marks the firm's third transaction since its January 2021 partnership with Aquiline.
