HealthStream (Nasdaq: HSTM) completed the acquisition of the remaining equity interest in CloudCME, a Nashville-based SaaS provider of continuing medical education (CME/CE) management tools. The transaction (approx. $4.08M cash plus $4.08M in HealthStream common stock, subject to working capital adjustments) expands HealthStream’s platform capabilities for healthcare continuing education and consolidates CloudCME’s nationwide customer base into HealthStream’s ecosystem.
