Norva24 Acquires Kanal-Türpe in Bretzfeld, Germany

Norva24 has acquired Kanal-Türpe, a Southern Germany provider of underground infrastructure maintenance (UIM) services with approximately EUR 20 million in revenues and a fleet of about 100 vehicles. The add-on strengthens Norva24’s position in the fragmented German UIM market and brings the group closer to its goal of becoming the clear market leader in Northern Europe; terms were not disclosed.
