Warburg Pincus and Martis Capital are combining their portfolio companies, Qualifacts and Credible Behavioral Health, into a single behavioral health technology company led by Qualifacts CEO David Klements. The merger creates a larger provider of EHR and software solutions serving behavioral health and human services organizations, increasing scale to serve more than 800 agencies nationwide and positioning the combined business for expanded innovation and growth.
