Warburg Pincus has acquired Qualifacts, a Nashville-based provider of cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) software for behavioral health and human services, from prior investor Great Hill Partners. The investment will support accelerated product development, expanded sales and marketing, and pursue strategic relationships and acquisition opportunities to grow Qualifacts' market presence.
