CertaSite Acquires Premier Electronics

CertaSite, a Riverside-backed commercial fire protection and life safety platform headquartered in Indianapolis, has acquired Premier Electronics, a Macomb, Michigan-based fire alarm and critical protection systems provider. Premier, founded in 1988, will retain its five employees and founder Helen Gharibian will remain through the transition as CertaSite continues its roll-up strategy across the Midwest.
