CertaSite, a Riverside Company‑backed commercial fire protection and life safety platform based in Indianapolis, has acquired Heartland Fire & Security, a full‑service fire protection and security business headquartered in Davenport, Iowa. The founders/owners of Heartland (Matt Froeschle and Victor Obertance) remain with the business and all Heartland employees have joined CertaSite as part of the add‑on acquisition to expand CertaSite’s Midwest footprint and service capabilities.
