The CertaSite family currently includes County Fire Protection, Company One, Approved Protection Systems, Field's Fire Protection and Spears Fire and Safety Services as add-on acquisitions to build scale, expand services and improve technology and sales capabilities.

CertaSite, a Riverside-backed commercial fire protection and life safety platform headquartered in Indianapolis, acquired Lafayette-based Ace Fire Protection as its 20th add-on in Indiana. The deal retains owners Bob and Bryan Thomas during the transition, keeps Ace's employees, and expands CertaSite’s service footprint and capabilities in the greater Lafayette commercial market.

Company One Suppression’s ~31 employees were retained, the business assumed the CertaSite brand, and the deal expands CertaSite’s Midwest footprint as part of an ongoing roll-up strategy.
