Riverside-backed CertaSite has acquired Field's Fire Protection, a Grand Rapids-based fire protection and life safety company. Field's assumed the CertaSite brand, founder Mike Field remains on staff, and 31 employees retained as CertaSite continues to roll up regional fire-protection businesses to expand its Midwest footprint.
